As our Practice Manager, Jenn brings operational excellence and client-focused leadership to the core of our med spa. With over a decade of extensive experience in both clinical and luxury med spa settings, she expertly oversees the day-to-day flow of the practice, streamlining systems, empowering teams, and ensuring every client encounter is smooth, personalized, and impactful. Her bubbly energy and confident presence are matched by a results-driven mindset and a deep passion for delivering high-quality, transformative wellness experiences. From managing staff performance to enhancing service protocols, Jenn is committed to optimizing every layer of the client journey with intention and precision.
Outside the med spa, Jenn enjoys spending time with close friends and family and is an active member of her church community. She is deeply passionate about women’s health and wellness, and finds inspiration in travel, new experiences, and the meaningful connections that come from living with purpose and authenticity.

Born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaiʻi, Kat Daotay, DNP, APRN, blends clinical expertise with the spirit of aloha to create an aesthetic experience that is both results-driven and deeply personal. With over 14 years of nursing experience across intensive care, primary care, and now aesthetic medicine, Kat brings a compassionate, integrated approach to each patient she serves. Her advanced training and commitment to continuous education ensure the use of the latest injectable techniques and innovations, all designed to help clients look their best and feel confident in themselves.
Kat holds both her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Doctor of Nursing Practice degrees from Creighton University. Her transition from critical and primary care to aesthetics reflects her passion for artistry, precision, and client-centered transformation. Known for her gentle touch and intuitive care, she combines technical excellence with a warm, welcoming presence.
Outside of the med spa, Kat enjoys time with her family, friends, and her beloved dog, a miniature poodle, Bellie. A tennis and pickleball enthusiast, foodie, and travel lover, she draws inspiration from new experiences and meaningful connections, bringing joy and authenticity to everything she does.
