Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 24HRS in advance to cancel or reschedule.   Failure to provide notice — including not calling to cancel or reschedule — will be considered a NO-SHOW, and your deposit will be forfeited.  (The deposit will not be applied to any future services and a new deposit will be required to rebook.)

Late Policy

Clients who arrive 15 minutes or more past their scheduled appointment time will be considered a NO-SHOW, and the appointment will be canceled.

Children & Pets

We kindly ask that guests do not bring children or pets to their appointments unless prior approval has been given for exceptional circumstances (e.g., service animals or inability to arrange childcare).  NOTE-  Service animals are welcome in accordance with ADA guidelines.
